Yoga For Women -A turning point towards empowering women

Women plays a major role in our society.Their role include the nurturers, the enthusiastic teachers,24/7 housewives,the political leaders, the artists, the talented women in rural areas struggling for bread and butter and many more.

Nowadays very strong female role models grace our world yet there are many who have no courage to speak nor to fight for themselves.Due to the lack of courage and mental support they keep on hiding most of their issues .This could be frustrating and forms a barrier for ladies.Their problems are left unsolved which is a great challenge for their upcoming days.

Now the question arises.

  • How to overcome these issues?
  • How to build more self confidence?
  •  How to get a strong will power?
  • How to start loving yourself?
  • How to increase your potential?
  • How to empower?
Remember a great way of getting empowered is bringing a significant change in our life.A change that connects our body,mind and soul.This change must come from within and not to be borrowed or stolen from anybody.It's not that we have to really create the change, but rather allow the change to happen.Change doesn't have to be hard it is just effortless.
 
When i say Women Empowerment what does it actually mean?
I am not trying to say the rights and the equalities within men and women.Those are the topics which has been discussed by many amongst our country and the world.So why cant we take it as a positive concept amongst the genders. Most of the yoga classes are loaded with female.Here we can see the women empowerment.All these ladies can empower men too.Empowerment could be in the form of a sister,mother,wife,daughter.In place of fight for equality introduce self-care and self-love .Teach these to your family members, friends too.

I always felt that women empowerment means its about the great potential and the big picture ideals of the brilliant ladies.Ladies with strong will power, self-confidence,self-love,positive attitude are always motivated towards empowering themselves,empowering their family and as a cyclic process they can empower the world.A positive women in a family can create positivity amongst all the members and she can get empowered within .This soul connected attitude can help ladies to conquer the world.Hence empowerment means that women gain control of their lives so they gain power.They can make their own choices without any kind of restrictions.
 
"Yoga could be a fantastic tool to acheive these soul connected feelings of self-love and capability" .
 
You can challenge yourself to be better, stronger and more confident.You can build courage on a yoga mat.So why to think more and unnecessarily waste your time when you have more to do on the mat.Get sweat and find courage which takes you towards the path of empowerment.Always live from within.
You will become stronger only when a power comes from within.Yoga could be a great turning point in your life to achieve positivity,courage,self-confidence and many more.

Yoga is a physical activity but it includes spiritual well-being also.It is therapeutic too.This will definitely help in a social progress as it challenges each individual to grow and push harder amongst themselves and to accept and encourage the growth of everyone who approaches you.This spreads positivity and spirituality. 

Yoga is meant for both men and women.Then why the concept of women introduced ?

Because Women especially, lack time for themselves.Once think about those mother who works 24/7 in a family.She is the pillar of the family.A single healthy ,strong,self-confident lady can manage the entire members in a family.She can motivate all towards the self -improvement.Thats why women are always special .Cultivate positivity and stay away from abuses and violence.
Here is a great positive approach towards self-development and empowerment.
The concept is simple and helpful.To acccept this we need  more patience and should learn with sadhana.

The stress of everyday life can be extremely overwhelming and for many it can cause serious health issues.Bringing more clarity and peace is the best way to tackle life’s challenges.
 
Do something that makes you stress free.A quiet and safe place can allow women to practice yoga and exploring the self.Take a small step towards yoga and spread your wings .Begin with small poses and gradually increase your time and strengthen your poses.Start with something like mindfulness,meditation and feel the peace from within.You can start with even a 5 minute breath awareness too.Its quiet useful to calm the mind and relax.Give it a try. Give time for yourself to breathe, to feel and to seek a sense of calm.There are many poses.As a suggestion i can give few names like 
       
  •   Yoga Kriyas – Healthy body Healthy Mind is an old adage and quite true as well. Kriyas help in external and internal cleanse. They keep the body fit and prevent illness. Various Yoga Kriyas such as Kapalbhati,Nauli etc. Keep the physical body clean and fit.
  •  Pranayama – Breath is the vital force that runs the body and its systems and energies. Control of the bio-energies is very important. Yoga pranayama is one of the most important methods and through this one can control the mind. Anulom-Vilom,  bhastrika,ujjayi,brahmari, SuryaBhedana etc. help to increase the vitality and longevity. They improve the lung capacity and oxygenation of all the cells and body systems are improved.
Many courage finding poses are also there like all warrior poses, wheel pose,half pigeon,bridge pose,tree pose ,half moon pose, childs pose,and many more.
 
 It is one of the simplest ways to build your self-confidence, ignite your passion and feel empowered. 
 
This is how we can achieve the delicate mind, body and soul balance. Life can truly be very fulfilling if you know your limitations and potential growth areas.Yoga is not about getting a beautiful body –good health and shapely figure these are just by-products. Yoga works on all levels.
