TALK AND PRACTICE SESSION 2019 BATCH-A Wonderful Experience
“Exercises are like prose, whereas yoga is the poetry of movements.”
“Yoga is bringing fitness in body, calmness in mind, kindness in heart and awareness in life.”
I always love to train Students where I Teach .This was one amongst my Yogic Teaching during 2019.A talk and practice session which i enjoyed a lot along with my students.Talk went for around 3 hours and looking at the enthusiasm shown by i never wanted to wind up the session. That was the best feeling which i got as a gift when i was working in Canara engineering College .Beautiful souls with energetic and enthusiastic will power.Loved those students who got indulged in practice ,question & answer session. All got a great quest for knowlegde and i felt happy to share and communicate with those happy souls.Best experience of my life which i cannot express here nor i can put everything in words..As I was satisfied with my talk and i love Yogic Teaching a lot i felt to write a blog on this.I feel that innersatisfaction matters a lot .You will experience those happiness when you focus and stretch during each practice.Feel the happiness and powerful energy during your practice. Beginning its not necessary to go for advanced and try to make everything perfect. You just need to practice a beginner level posture with proper breathing technique and right way of bending without harming your body.By the end of your practice you should feel that you are totally relaxed .
Stress and anxiety are everywhere. If they're getting the best of you, you might want to hit the mat and give yoga a try. Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical poses, controlled breathing, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga may help reduce stress, lower blood pressure and lower your heart rate.
From the yogic point of view, the outer world is both very real and very permanent. Yoga says that the senses gather their perceptions of this very real world, and then these perceptions are brought to consciousness, illumined in an inner space, the space of awareness, the space of the mind.Yoga tells us that we can go deeper than the senses, that we can know ourselves and the outer world in an even more subtle manner—without being dominated by the operation of the senses. But to do this, we must seek a different kind of knowledge, a knowledge that requires us to relax the senses themselves. And this is where relaxation training becomes really interesting.Deepen your awareness by your own presence

Health is wealth.Yoga is the most favourable
method to connect to the nature by balancing the mind body connection. It is a
type of therapeutic exercise which is
performed through the balanced body and need to get control over diet, breathing
and physical posture. If health is good we can bear any bad circumstances in our
life.

An asana is a body posture, originally a sitting pose for meditation,
and later in hatha yoga and
modern yoga as exercise, adding
reclining, standing, inverted, twisting, and balancing poses to the meditation

I have kept it very short. All practices from beginner to intermediate level was also done beautifully by students. Its really hard to put everything in words. To know more about the asanas and practice you should attend any regular classes .Go for better practices then you will definitely understand what i have expressed here .Felt happy while sharing my experience here.
Daily practice will help you to notice that it is not the breath that is really the focus of your attention whereas it is your mind that you are relaxing. The breath is merely the means for that. At this point in the relaxation, you have gone beyond the breath and are resting in the space of the mind.Feel the presence and feel your energy through yogic practice.Believe me it will be a worth practice.
