Health is wealth.Humanbeings are made up of three major elements- body mind & soul.Based on this we can relate it to three needs-health, knowledge & innerpeace.Health is the major constituent amongst all.Health is physical need,knowledge is our psychological need & inner peace is our spiritual need.Amalgam of all the three makes a harmonious life.Yoga gives us relief from all the stress which we deal in our daily life.Yoga teaches the evolution of the individual by the development of self disciple & awareness.Anyone can practice Yoga irrespective of health,age,religion & circumstances.Yoga gives a fantabulous confidence that makes us to acheive our goal.There are numerous benefits of yoga.Apart from the health it gives physical fitness which is a dream project for all the teenagers now a days.It is one of the most effective practices to inculcate the physical body consciousness to the spiritual consciousness.Daily practice of yoga helps a person to relax & feel at peace.Lemme give a simple technique which anyone can do for a couple of minutes .Close your eyes for a minute, take a few deep breath & concentrate on the sound of your breathing.Doesnt that feel good ?It relieves all the stress from our mind.Yoga has been practiced for more than 5000 years.Some of the benefits of yoga are excellent immunity,inner peace, stress relief,great awareness, better relationships,better flexibility, & posture,better intuition,excellent toning etc.Yoga is a practice that anyone of any age can complete anywhere at anytime.Ofcourse it is a low budget workout which gives high benefits.The thing which one needs to carry is just a mat & a lots of patience.Everbody craves for a good health & peace of mind.Why not today?The role of breath is very important in the practice of Asana or Pranayama.Yoga originated in ancient India thousands of years ago,long before the first religion or belief system was born.It is believed that shiva is the first yogi or Adiyogi & the first guru.Thousands of years ago  on the banks of Lake Kantisarovar,in Himalayas ,Adiyogi shared 
his knowledge into legendery seven sages as it was hard to put all his wisdom & knowledge in one person.The sage took this powerful yogic science to various parts of the world.Thus India is blessed to have a yogic system in its fullest expression.The fossil remains of Indus -Saraswati civilization are an evidence of the presence of yoga in ancient India.Yoga comes from the sanskrit word 'YUJ' it means to unite or connect.

Thus Yoga is a miracle ,once followed it will guide us throught our life to stay healthy & fit.Half an hour practice of yoga per day can change your life in the long run by assuring a balance between physical,mental & spiritual health.A healthy mind can concentrate well & do everything.When the physical health is intact, the mind is clear & focused & there is no more.Thus Yoga assures Physical health,Mental health,Spiritual Health,Self Realization & Social Health.This is the connection between Yoga & Health.A healthy man is the happiest man in the world
