Peace of Mind
Peace of mind means having control over your thoughts,and the ability to decide what thoughts to get into your mind and the ability to decide what thoughts to let go.It means not taking things too personally.You will have peace of mind when you have no worries,no fears and when nothing is troubling your mind.You enjoy peace of mind when you are happy.you enjoy peace of mind when you are relaxed.when your relatioships are in harmony you have a peace of mind.Eliminating stress from your life makes your mind peaceful and calm.One can experience inner peace independently of outside conditions,but this requires some training.It is a skill which one can develop and enjoy in his or her everyday life and involves practicing certain exercises and meditations and changing ones attitude.This training calms down the restlessness of the mind and the nonstop movement of thoughts in the mind.
Health Concept
Health is wealth.Yoga is the most favourable method to connect to the nature by balancing the mind body connection.It is a type of exercise which is performed through the balanced body and need to get control over diet,breathing and physical posture.If health is good we can bear any bad circumstances in our life.Yoga guarantees a spiritual health. Meditation It is a practice of concentrated focus upon a sound, object, visualization, the breath, movement, or attention itself in order to increase awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance personal and spiritual growth.Meditation involves concentration and realaxation.To eliminate stress from the body.It therapeutically changes the brain which results in better concentration and focus.
Pranayama
Prana means life force or breath sustaining the body; Ayama translates as "to extend or draw out”. Pranayama means breath extension or control.Provide relaxation for body and mind.Improves yoconcentration.It relieves Stress, Depression, and Hypertension.
Activity on Meditation & Pranayama and Mudra Meditation Activity Made the students to meditate using Om mantra. Pranayama Activity Ujjayi,Bhastrika,Kapalbhati,Bahya,AnulomVilom,Brahmari and Udhgeeth were done by the students. Mudra Activity Most commonly used mudras including Chin Mudra,Chinmaya Mudra,Adhi Mudra,Brahma Mudra & Prithvi mudra were done by the students by knowing the benefits of each Mudra.Let me share my 2017 talk and activity experience here.I kept it very short.Being with students gives extra happiness.I feel very confident and energetic when i get involved in such talks.
