How to motivate yourself for doing yoga at home

Getting motivated to do yoga can be a real challenge.Sometimes we dont even know whats holding us back from the present situation.That might cause further stress.There could be many reasons like
  •  Dont know how to start and where to start.
  •  Either you feel like you are upset,tired,sick or injured. 
  •  Lack of confidence,strength,flexibility.
  •  Too busy,uncomfortable,difficulty in adjusting and many more reasons.
 Here i give certain solutions which might help you to get fit into the mat.
  • First you need to identify whats holding you back from the present situation because only you can control your mind.
  • Set up your strategy.
  • Explore what do you want to acheive once you start doing yoga.
  • Find out a better space for doing yoga.
  • Create a routine .
  • Feel your own breath and watch it with great care.
  • Create a goal and watch your progress.
  • Stay positive and inspire yourself.
 Yoga is a path which connects the mind,body and soul.Yoga has been more of a spiritually oriented system which focuses on forming a balanced mind-body connection.More often in other exercises it is bodily focussed followed by the mind whereas in yoga both the mind and body connects together to form any kind of outcome.When we talk about an asana we need to follow the proper breathing along with the posture to get the health related benefits and weightloss.We can modify any kind of asana with different variation but the breathing should be followed in a right way to get the maximum benefits and to stay away from reverse effects.When it comes to the beginner level they need to focus more on the breathing and then asana.Being begginers mind will take a little time to adjust with the breathing methods and posture perfection.So a yoga teacher should help each student by repeating the breathing steps many at a times to make the student alert while doing asana.Individual attention should be given to each student while performing the asanas inorder to make them to follow the right breathing and posture correction.Once they have the practice of doing it on a gradual basis everyone will cope up with the classes.Then we need to train them in a right way and help them to get the required goals ,fitness,happiness and peace.Yoga relates to health and then gets a person into fitness.The only way to follow yoga in a better way is to trust this system and do it on a daily basis with more confidence. Inspire yourself without any distractions and demotivations.
